Can they start fining people based on their salary? Should that extend to day-to-day life? I recently got done for speeding and got fined �£60. I'm lucky enough that I didn't think twice about the payment, but a lot of other people would find that a big hit and would miss it. Do I deserve to get fined more? However what the SFA failed to do was take account of his previous. It's not only Rangers fans he has done this to. This fine is a disgrace and simply shows Celtic once again hold the cards when it comes to authorities refusing to discipline them.
