As for the money part i don't think we know the contents of his contract to make a decission who is wrong. Off subject i got shagged by vodaphone as well. When i was in Scotland on Holiday i went to the vodaphone shop and explained i was on holiday for two weeks and wanted a telephone card to cover my holiday. The friendly guy put a 5 pound card into my phone. On the second week i wanted to use the 5 pound up but couldn't phone out. He had sold me a card that was valid for only five days. Just before xmas 2008 a woman for Vodaphone(Netherlands) phoned me up with a special offer of a telephone + x amount of bell minutes.
