  1. Could be worse, this is Albion Rovers(Newport) new strip.
  2. Not everyone was overjoyed about Beale being the new manager, I asked if he was signed why did they let him leave. A few on here mentioned the fact we were signing forwards who did not score goals.
  3. Did not know you had made the same suggestion, great minds think alike😀. The season can be saved with a decent manager, someone who plays players in correct positions would be a start.
  4. We have to make a change, it’s obvious we have the wrong guy. His decisions on Sunday were inexplicable, this is going to end in tears if we continue with MB.
  5. How about asking Neil Warnock to take over till end of season? Gives board time to make a correct appointment hopefully. We need to change now.
  6. Our decision-making was really poor," the Rangers manager told BBC Scotland. Aye his decision making.
  7. Butland has been excellent since he came, tonight was no different. Can we keep is the question.
  8. Plenty for sale on EBay and specialist sites. From less than £1 upwards.
  9. https://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/ipboard/topic/50550-europa-league-draw-real-betis-sparta-prague-and-aris-limassol-fixtures-announced/page/22/#comments
  10. Will we qualify? How many pionts do you think we will get? My forecast; Betis (home) draw Prague (away) defeat Aris (home) win Aris (away) draw Prague (home) draw Betis (away) defeat Total: 5 points.
  11. Remember Ronnie breaking into the first team, a great player for us. He dropped the “a” when signing autographs.
  12. We would be relegation candidates. There’s nothing about this Rangers team that gives me any confidence.
  13. https://x.com/theloudentavern/status/1703073566374215956?s=61&t=Lv0ZcsFDuSUQ-b9jEB57ew This is the same as Dessers movement, yet they got a free kick, today a penalty.
  14. If that’s the case then there’s a fiddle going on. Unless of course most people pass the tickets on.
  15. That’s my thinking. They may congregate together but they have to get the tickets in the first place. Could be the away support is not that large.
  16. Are the UB allocated a block booking of tickets for all away fixtures? Or is it that there’s always spares due to lack of demand?
  17. Out for possibly another two weeks according to the manager.
  18. Does not mention actual player but they do give a hint with Gazza picture? IMAGE SOURCE, HANSONS Image caption, The shirts were collected by a former player during the 1990 World Cup By Alex Smith BBC News A collection of shirts amassed by a mystery ex-England footballer during the 1990 World Cup is going on sale. The eight shirts, being sold by Derbyshire-based Hansons Auctioneers, were collected during England's seven games in the tournament, which saw the team defeated in the semi-finals by West Germany. A signed yellow shirt, worn by goalkeeper Peter Shilton during the penalty defeat, is also up for sale. The collection could fetch £300,000. Charles Hanson, owner of the auction firm, said he could not reveal which ex-England star was selling the shirts "due to client confidentiality". "However, he played a crucial role in Italia 1990 and enjoyed a stellar career in football," he said. IMAGE SOURCE, GETTY IMAGES Image caption, One of the most famous images of Italia 90 was of England's star midfielder Paul Gascoigne, after he got booked in the semi-final, meaning he would miss the final if his team got there Hansons said seven shirts were exchanged with opposition players who competed against England during the tournament. Described as the "magnificent seven", they have a guide price of £150,000 to £250,000. They were originally issued to the Republic of Ireland's Andy Townsend, Johannes van't Schip, from the Netherlands, Egypt's Sader Eid, Belgium's Marc van der Linden, Emmanuel Kunde, from Cameroon, West Germany's Klaus Augenthaler and Italy's Giuseppe Giannini. IMAGE SOURCE, GETTY IMAGES Image caption, Peter Shilton had a playing career spanning three decades Shilton's shirt, signed by the England squad, has a price estimate of £40,000 to £50,000. Mr Hanson said the former goalkeeper "gave it away to our vendor in the dressing room after the pain of that penalty shootout defeat against West Germany". He added: "This unique set of retro shirts sweeps us back to a tournament that will stay forever etched in millions of memories." Bids for the shirts are being invited by private tender.
