Surely our minimum should be competing with teams similarly funded. We have been regularly beating teams way above our pay grade in europe. I think we should put down the torches and pitchforks that we shake at the board, managment and players and applaud their achievments, concerning the Europa League. Not everything has been doom and gloom before the Americans arrival.

I cannot be alone, I think many Bluenoses took a great deal of joy from our european exploits these last few years. Beating teams with ten times our budget such as Mourinho's Fenerbache, Roses Dortmund and many others are great achievements and should be looked back on with pride. Winning in europe is something we have dared to dream about recently thanks to the players, managers and even board members who were involved.

How do you know that ? Perhaps Rose, Lopetegui, Gerrard or whoever gets the job may want to keep him. He is still the most talented football player in the squad imo, and his effort when he has played cannot be questioned.

Petty or not that picture makes him a no from me. But to be perfectly honest there is no one on the list who excites me at all.

Other than Raskin who has given his all, and Dessers who has scored a fine amount of goals, the rest of the mens awards are a complete joke.

Rice is not a kid, he is eighteen and has had half a dozen apearances this year. Three in the league and three in europe and has yet to show anything that makes me think he could improve us. He is not blessed with pace, no great touch/skill and does not split defences with great passes. I'd like to see Nsio get half a dozen chances to impress.
