I've only watched bits of the B Team on the tube, but what I've seen of him reminds me of watching a young Billy Gilmour. A clear stand out at that level to my eyes.

My first thought after checking his stats was, "If Lowry was given eighteen games at Norwich his stats would be better". But I could be wrong.

Thanks for your kind offer, but I got to see the AGM on Rangers youtube channel. It was parking I was interested in and one question adressed it, albeit the response was lacking. I have had bad experiences of this in the past and I'm put off trying it again.

I would be very interested to learn more about the overhaul to disabled facilities. Where can I find more info on this?
