Strange timing to go after King after what was an extremely eventful weekend. I'd also question Somers' intentions when it's likely most people will refuse to be fooled by Somers and the PR machine.

Don't know if his posts are publicly available but Craig from SoS confronted Whithey when leaving the court: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=867074049990789&set=vb.100000646055483&type=2&theater¬if_t=like

Withey leaving court
No images of the other three leaving court.
Anyone know or looking to hazard a guess at possible consequences at the Club's current legal status? Could this nightmare ever be reversed?

Fitting that the tactic board is empty.

Did any Gersnetter go along today? Do these hearings last long?

Well done mate.

Is Murray the 'third party' covering legals costs on the big tax case?

Put those results into context and that the games were all in a 2 year period. Thing is we won the last two leagues at a canter points wise. The real story is the fact it was done with superior facilities and resources but never done it because we were better prepared professionally, but because we have better players. Better players who are poorly coached and managed.

Haha - hook, line and sinker.

Ally has made us a laughing stock. That will be his legacy.
Heart breaking.

We are spending a fortune Rab, doesn't matter if they are free or cost £10m, they are costing us money we can't afford. They have cost us astronomical sums in the last 3 years. Embarrassing amounts of money. WE will have made Ian Black a comfortable millionaire by next May, Ian f*cking Black! The guy who had to go and do paint and decorating when no club would touch him. We will make that a millionaire. Same with Templeton, Law, Shiels, Bell, Wallace, will all be made millionaires on our dollar.
And the wee guys who pumped them during the last 3 years from Raith to Forfar to Stirling Albion to Annan will still be stuck in their hairdressers, garages and building sites working9 till 5 struggling to keep a roof over their families heads.
Other sides, particularly Hibs and Hearts, are laughing at us for how we've acquired decent players and ruined them via poor coaching and even worse football.

He shrugs off dropped points too easily. Apart from the game against them at Ibrox when in administration I've not seen any hunger from him.
This is his first managerial post so you'd expect more drive and commitment that cements his standing as a competent manager befitting those brogues. His attitude, bordering on contempt, is deeply disappointing.

Transfer it to here, it merits it's own thread.
What I was thinking. Possible fraud over the IPO merits its own investigation never mind thread.

"In a further development, the Telegraph understands that while Wallace and Nash were still in their posts, documents related to the 2012 share issue were passed to the Serious Fraud Office for investigation. The SFO had no comment to make last night."
Roddy Forsyth in the Telegraph
Seemingly passed to the SFO between January and October this year.
Wow! This is the day of long knives for the sp1vs. Keep it coming and rid our club of these bastards.

Hopefully they are squealing on each other like little rats.

It's a complicated situation, but if oldco was taken out of liquidation and an illegal takeover confirmed, if somehow the club fell under the governance of oldco again, the HMRC ongoing appeal, if won, could have greater consequences than has been generally anticipated.
I'm not stating facts here - just speculating on the various possibilities that could come into play.
I've suggested that to others as well who discussed the possibility of oldco being reinstated in the event fraud is proven and the total fines cover the creditors bill. Probably too good to be true but goimg back to the oldco would delight me. Saddest was liquidation.

It is understood the men being held following probe into takeover of #rangers are David Grier, Gary Withey, David Whitehouse and Paul Clark
A fucking carve up!

Shame capital punishment was abolished in the 60s.
Not getting my hopes up for this but if people are charged and convicted, I expect the SFA to be feel the full force of the law. #patientbear

It's embarrassing how easy supporters fall for spin.

It was only a casual thought based on conjecture.
We await the next meeting for another 500 post whodunnit
The next instalment promises to be a belter! Gotta feeling that one or two RFB reps will be either hiding or flinging others under the bus. Hannah and Munro will be forced to explain their actions to the board, which will be minuted, and all that before we reach the conclusion of whether other groups can speak to the club and other related business. Script writers would love to have produced this.

You'd be forgiven for wondering if they were looking to embroil the RFB in it's own problems at this sensitive time for the club going forward.
In this instance I'd go for laziness.

Still find it hard to believe that Hannah and Munro thought this would be okay. Worryingly it gives us an insight into the club employees thought process in dealing with sensitive issues. In saying that, I was once told Rangers' HR are hopeless from a well known employee.
