  1. Whyte holds the floating charge on the RFC assets and Close Leasing hold a fixed charge, would those not have to be satisfied before assets can be sold?
  2. Even if we win that case we will receive less than £3, Duff & Phelps charge a success fee of 10% + expenses for recovered monies and Taylor Wessing won't be acting pro bono.
  3. I f*&king hope they have an agenda no point them being there without one.
  4. Doubt there will be a sale until the floating charge,Ticketus and HMRC issues are resolved. Administrators posturing and trying to show the players who's boss.
  5. Who did Whyte give his statement to, Tommy the Fenian Taliban taxi driver ?
  6. Hope you pay the tv licence .....
  7. Nothing set in stone as yet.
  8. Perhaps 4 isn't the magic number though.
  9. If that is indeed true then we're enduring the most pointless administration in history!
  10. Was always better at Asteroids than Space Invaders......
  11. You would have thought sending Bartley back to Arsenal would have been one of the administrators first acts (unless Arsenal are paying his wages I suppose).
  12. There's an annual culling of the youths come May anyway would make sense to bring it forward by a couple of months and add in that twat Sinclair.
  13. So to save £750k over the next 3 months you sacrifice at least £7m very Adam Smith eh?
  14. It makes economic sense to start with those whose contracts are coming to an end, then those will little or no sell on value not U21's on 5 year contracts and a sale on value.
  15. If you're happy that we're left with a bunch of 17 year olds in order that Craig Whyte picks up something for his 85% (total cost £1) then good for you. McGregor, Davis, Wylde are not deadwood that needs removed they're valuable assets being given away for free.
  16. But free agents can sign for anybody any time anyway.
  17. Any prospective buyer would need to add an extra circa £7m to their plan, unless of course that buyers name is Craig Whyte.
  18. Only because we're paying administrators £1m per month. Releasing McGregor and Davis doesn't make us more attractive to prospective buyers it makes us less attractive.
  19. If you kept McGregor and Davis till the end of the season the transfer fees would far outweigh the prospective savings, it's voodoo economics to release them.
  20. The savings per month will be approximately what the administrators are charging us per month.
  21. You could ask Levein if he thinks his 4-6-0 formation will inspire kids to take up the game?
  22. Yes, for 21 days in it doesn't look like much has been done in comparison to other football club administrations.
  23. This administration just becomes stranger by the day.
