  1. One thing we should have learned when it comes to Rangers.

Don't believe anything until it actually happens, and I'm not just talking about Green.

I think that's a given now mate. Ill never trust a Rangers owner again, not 100%

But CG has done a solid job, and now the club and fans are under his skin it means he speaks with passion aswell as a business mind (I appreciate that can cause probs too)

Imagine how emotional he'll be when he does hear the Champions league anthem at Ibrox along with the applause and his name being sung by us?

  2. Chelsea have made an official complaint about Mark Clattenburgs making racial comments to two of their players. Is this an attempt to deflect all attention away from John Terry?

Or maybe reporting the ref for making racist comments?

We ARE the biggest show in town, always have been, always will be. The rest of the nation hates this, I don't need to remind you about the way we have been treated this last 18 months.

We did deserve punishment. But anyone not living in the bitter nasty little country with a chip on its shoulder called Scotland thinks what has happened is nothing short of astounding.

    Now to my point.

Why not leave us alone and let us get on with the football?

This week we've had the Dundee Utd chairman, a bitter and twisted little man say we won't ybe allowed into the top league, even after reconstruction.

Ermmmmmm...... When did Rangers football club or the fans ask for that? We want to earn our way back up the leagues, we are enjoying it, the away trips are enjoyed by the traveling support and Irbox is more or less full every home match.

Then we had that crank Alex Thompson tell us the World is round and that a football club has loonballs attached to it. EVERY club no matter how big or small has them

So why can't the news papers, haters, bloggers and cranks not let us get on with it?

If we play your team in a cup, then yes, the usual banter and comments are the "norm" But this seriously delusional infatuation, addiction, illness, obsession (insert adjective here) other smaller clubs fans have for us is actually worrying. Football will always have banter, it's part of it and is great fun done the right way, but I genuinely fear for these obsessed people's lifestyles. What happens behind closed doors? Are their families safe? Are they themselves safe?

    This is acutely abnormal behaviour.

In any other country, and I do mean any, the rest of the nation would have allowed us to get on with it and encouraged us to get back on an even keel and back into the top league for the most part.

Its obvious that the shadow we cast over EVERYONE else in the footballing world in Scotland was a lot longer and darker than Rangers fans knew we threw over them.

Let us get on with it please. That's mine and I'm sure many others message, you will find your health gets better very quickly as your obsession is not good for you at all.

  4. Easily the biggest capitulation by any support ever seen in football, we should've fought tooth and nail to keep TBB's, all it needed was a one word change.

Totally agree. I loved the song. Hairs on the back of the neck stuff on big Euro nights and games against the Cry Babies

  5. I have no idea who you are implying to here but I think the tims had a big part of that and I think they will be laughing rather than crying. If you are implying it was a part of the Rangers support that are being discussed in other posts then I would say you are wrong.

I used the word "cry babies" to describe CFC fans. I know Rangers fans had zero to do with it although I've no doubt one or two would have been happy to see it abolished such is the way people are.

  6. Why should I go and have a look at myself? I think I'm right. It's my opinion.

Haha, Gestapo police force. Maybe of the some of the fans behaved themselves and never broke the law on a weekly basis they wouldn't be subject to over the top policing. Just an idea!

    .

So you admit there's over the top policing

    Thanks

  7. I think they're a great bunch and something Rangers as a support have needed for decades.

It's human nature that we do t all like the same thing. If you don't like the VB's that's fair enough, but one things for sure, they're not going away.

Until a song is outlawed then IMO its allowed to be sung like the Billy Boys was, which we all know was the best song ever to get the crowd going at Ibrox, yet the cry babies got their way and got it banned.

Ibrox has been a morgues once about 1991 anyway, so the advent of the VB's, Union Bears and the whole Blue order, Broomie front mad squad is a welcome addition to Ibrox for me.

The only qualm/complaint I have is them letting off smoke bombs at away ground. This is going to get someone hurt as smoke causes panic no matter what anyone says

  8. We are top of the league though... :D *eternal optimism and denial in place*

This is his trump card, and rightly so I guess.

What manager has ever Ben sacked for his team being top of the league they are in for footballing reasons?

I know RM do some weird things but that's them

  9. If you're offended by sobs of any type then I feel so sorts for you. Life must be a struggle. How do you get out of bed in the morning.

Try traveling the world and seeing hunger, poverty, violence then come back to me about offensive songs

  10. Because the wee scumballs who chant it are really acting like adults. I wonder how they'd feel if their miter was raped or murdered. Would try call the police? Probably. How very ironic.

Dry them ya great big sissy and get on with your job FFS

  11. I doubt if the most are dying for Saturday to come so as they can have a quick Chant of"Stick your referendum"and "Fuck the SNP". If you really believe that then I feel you are far from the truth or the standard has dropped far further than I thought. I think you will find the most would prefer a repertoire of Rangers songs. I hope I am not wrong.

I think he means that the vast majority are happy we've got them in the stadium making noise. Wither you like the songs or not is up to you, but I'd say most of the time the whole stadium enjoys their singing.

  12. Fuck the "PC" brigade. Let the, sing what they want, let anyone song what we want

This mock outrage and offended train is disgusting. The day they slit someone's throat in the name of Rangers then take issue with them.

You're a bunch of cry babies.

  13. Yes we have new foreign players.

    Yes we have young players.

Yes we have players who are inexperienced against this kind of football.

But where are the signs of improvement, we should by now be seeing how Ally wants the team to play, type of football, what formation, there is no philosophy about what way we are progressing as a football team.

You have to think it is beyond Allys capabilities as a coach and manager.

    Nail on head.

There's no excuses left for him. These players and coaches train together 4-7 days a week for a minimum of 4 hours a day I think it's safe to say?

That's a lot of man hours. As you say we should have at least two solid team shapes that Ally can order the players to shape themselves into from the sidelines.

  14. Would getting rid of Ally now not unsettle the share issue in some way?

I think we need to look deeper, it's his back room staff and the jobs for the boys issue that's deeply ingrained at Ibrox that's the problem. Could there be too many staff that are way too comfortable in their jobs?

Durant and McDowell have to take a lot of the blame too but because Ally is good mates with them, ESP Durrant it makes it very difficult for him to let them go and bring in someone else?

I personally think Jimmy Calderwood would be great till we hit the SPL. He'd take no shit and knows the game at a lower level.

But, alas, I think each and every one of us knows deep down Ally will be here till the end of the season. We're now top of the league so him, and CG have that trump card to play......"But we're top of the league" which is kind of hard to rogue against as how many manager get sacked when they are top of their league?

  15. The SNP infiltrated football and its fans with the offensive football behaviour bill. That alone gives the groups a reason to sing anti-snp/salmond songs. Not to mention the fact the UB are called the UNION Bears so I expect some pro-union anti-nationalism campaigning from them.

Any chance you can change your name please?

  16. We're at a hugely important cross roads in Scottish history with this awful SNP separatist thing.

Every available platform should be used to show what people think of it. I'd say the vast majority of Rangers fans don't want to be split for the UK for obvious reasons so why not sing about it.

If they were to go to George square and do it there's a chance they all get lifted or I to some sort of bother. At least at Ibrox is "controlled"

    Good on them
