I've had the same arguement in the pub with the mates when Big Laff gets mentioned. A shouting match for 10 mins then no one can remember what they feel out about in the first place. It's the Laffeffect works everytime you mention his name.

I've got a feeling HMRC know the outcome of the tribunal, and their not getting anywhere near the full amount their after so are cutting their loses and taking what they can get in the CVA.

Judge said they cant use the embargo because it's not on their list of punishments and sent it back to them to find appropriate punishment within their guidelines. If they continue to stand firm I don't think the judge is going take to kindly to one of this rulings being ignored. Which will be interesting to see what they come up with this time.

Probably not but I can't see any way out of it for them, they won't scupper a CVA the legal battle over that would be nuclear.

Could just be a great game of chess there, the ball is now in the SFA's court do they really want to be seen as the organisation who scuppered the CVA.

Going by that CJ will it not just be a case of the embargo is struck from the ruling because they made a mess of it and it's on we go.

Was that not for another part of their ruling, the embargo was for not paying the other member clubs on time. So can't they just fine us for that as well?

Going by the lack of balls the SFA have shown through all this I very much doubt they will exclude us from the cup. I think they will hit us with another fine.
