  1. Think we need the ok of the players and the SFA who hold their registration for the transfer, but if they don't allow it we don't have a team because we cant register new players to a newco because the embargo goes to the newco. Confused yet!!!! Correct me if I'm wrong Davie but can we resign players under Admin as long as we don't offer them improved contracts
  2. It's only newco when it suits them. Just the same Rangers when it doesn't.
  3. And there is the twist mate the bastards want their cake and eat it. We have to apply for the transfer of share/licence of the SFA from the oldco to the newco so they will say the punishment goes with it but the Mhanks are screaming that we can't take the history of that same club with us only the punishment. You couldnt make it up.
  4. Embargo is not a penalty they just pulled that one out of thin air, why not expulsion from the league or cup. Of course we all know why, they need our money pulling power. Sanctions the panel considers appropriate, gives them Carte Blanche to do what they want.
  5. Would think so mate, maybe asking if we have enough money to buy a Tank and the shells for the next protest march.
  6. Get out of jail card. Make it up as we go along card. As long as the Rangers cash cow is still there but crippled card.
  7. Think he actually worked for Murray Sports but was used as a worldwide scout just before he f#*ked off to The Bheggerdome and Bairds Bar.
  8. I take it, it is the panel has the power to impose any sanction it sees fit while totally ignoring suitable sanctions written down in front them. Of course whose sanctions would've had a direct effect on the SFA run tournaments and that will never do.
  9. They could've pulled him up on the Paye far sooner Crawford, as you say they weren't slow with getting a court order for the wee tax case. They would've found themselves in the same boat only about 6 months earlier Whyte wanted admin and HMRC played right into his hands by letting it drag on. The Big tax case result will stand up no matter how much they get off us, so saying they were hanging on for the money is a bit far fetched they knew if it came in too high they weren't getting paid.
  10. Still need to trim the wages of some which could be a stumbling block.
  11. Not really Cotter some shouting for it but most are saying it would be a disaster. A bit of sanity for once in Rangers land.
  12. You really want to spunk that on over inflated wages?
  13. Show them the size of our wallet you mean, only one thing talks in this world and it's money. You want to hurt these muppets cut off the cash cow, no cups, no away support make the bastards bleed and let's see who starts squealing first.
  14. Remember that Squad will have to take a wage cut and a pretty drastic one at that, if they don't fancy that and walk where do we go for replacements.
  15. Ok for all you in the we deserve it camp, which just beggers belief imo. Can you answer me why HMRC weren't on Whytes case from the off? They were crawling all over Hearts at the first chance they could get with a winding up order, why weren't they all over Whyte as its been stated they've been after him for years. Why wasn't this brought to a head far far sooner than it did? Something stinks in all this mess and the only one getting done is the very one that had nothing to do with any of it The Club.
  16. We can't take loans can we because we would have to reg them with the SFA, we need the young lads to step up next year no excuses and no hiding when they make a mess of something and they get the usual Ibrox groan, it's time to get the sleeves rolled up and just get on with it.
  17. The ban is against the member club a newco is just that a new company in control of the same member club so the ban stays I think, as for the transfer of contracts if the player is already registered with the SFA it shouldn't be a problem the ban is on the new registration of players. We can still buy a player but we can't register him with the SFA so can't play him, a nice way of getting out of the restriction of trade arguement.
  18. Agree wont look good, but the media are gone if we are looking for a friend there. We are on our own no one will help us but ourselves. Not one Rangers fan should step foot in a football ground except Ibrox, total withdrawal of all players from any Scotland team, withdrawal from the Scottish & League Cup. In fact let's just kill Scottish Football they seem Hellbent on trying to kill us lets fight fire with fire.
  19. Daily Rhebel on message again this morning I see, funny how 2 mill is a snip for Naisy all of a sudden.
  20. Why no Scottish Cup ban before they start making it up on the fly looking after themselves by any chance. How did they come up with a 1 year ban who was involved in the process of that decision, do we actually believe the 3 muppets sitting on the panel just by themselves went hold on all the sanctions agreed upon by the clubs and written down in front of us arent enough why don't we just make one up on the fly. Then they just pull a 1 year transfer ban a sanction never used or even thought about in the history of Scottish Football out of the hat it stinks to the heavens. At least the Admin guys are actually trying to do something instead of the usual Rangers response, let's bend over and take it up the arse. Instead of having a pop at the only guys fighting this corrupt shower of bastards you should be having a pop at the SFA trying its best to bury it greatest member club.
  21. Drag the bastards through every court in the land, lets see how Regan likes it when journalists who aren't Liewell puppets start shining a light into that shit hole we call Hampden.
  22. Withdraw from the Scottish Cup would be a start.
  23. We wouldn't need to do much it seems Hellbent on cutting its own throat.
  24. Utterly staggered by that, the shower of corrupt bastards can go f#^k themselves.
