Maybe someone should be asking the SPL why they spent so much money on a case they claimed was worthy of title stripping when its seems to have been obvious from the off that it was just a case of lost paperwork.

Shouldn't matter what the payment was £1 or £100,000 its still the same paperwork, and both sides should've noticed was meant to be there.

I agree mate, but a fine because paper work went missing is wrong, sounds like a whitewash to me most it should've been was a harsh word. Livingston got done for not disclosing an EBT totally and paid a lot less than us, Celtic got a no case to answer for the same breach. But we get fined for not dotting the T's and crossing the I's

Only thing Celtic paid after Juninho left was the tax due on his EBT, when HMRC asked them. Juninho's EBT payments never appeared on any of Celtics paperwork.
