Have only seen one incident this season in my section of Ibrox where the police have told the steward they were wrong and told the fan to sit back down. All the rest are hauled away on the say so of the steward.
-
Somebody needs to tell the stewards that because they obviously missed that memo.
-
God there's some G4S stewards find the very fact they have to work in Ibrox offensive.

Why would anyone want to come from the EPL to play in the SPL. Never mind the wages or their love of Rangers.
-
Nice one JC. Liked the last one too brought a bit of colour to the place.

Herr Salmond will have him stuffed and mounted in no time.

The pressure will be coming from the usual suspects. The same usual suspects who suddenly find themselves deaf and dumb when it comes to anything not Rangers related. I find it sad that so many of the Rangers support have been so quick to jump on the bandwagon. Will we as a support and the club just stand by and let the perma offended hordes ruin a boys career for shouting what 90% of us think. Fined his wages made to make a grovelling apology ( if found guilty ) yes but sacking is a step too far. We already let them hound one Rangers man out the door for singing a song at a private function in like minded company. While other perpetrators of the same crime are hailed hailed as legends. We live in a very one sided society at the moment where everything we say or believe is being attacked don't let them ruin a boys life because of it.
-
Starting to find common ground I think BH I agree he was stupid, if I think back to some of the things I've done at that age I cringe. But ruining his career over this is to far no one was hurt. I'm sure he feels a right prick but that's all he's been. There are plenty of Rangers players in the past who have fallen way below the high standards the club asks of them. Very few were shown the door. One simple question if this had been McGregor do think the clamour for him to be sacked would be so loud? I think not.

Know exactly how you feel Craig I've got 4 kids who all want the 3 strips. Dads wallet it seems is bottomless.

On the same level as OC's obsession with all things Rangers.

Here we go again-Rangers hero Scott Nisbet being hunted by police.

I loved that season. -
Kitbag are doing the top for £40. Just bought one think it's a great top. Actually would make a great Rangers top would get right up the yahoos noses even more than normal.
-
Would love to see young Kane get his chance and he might if Laff's back trouble is a continual niggle it will cut down his game time. Why not throw in the young lad playing along side Jela will improve him no end. Can anyone else remember the last time we had such a large crop of really promising youngsters coming through at the same time looked after correctly they will be the backbone of the team for years to come.

I agree Pete it's the continual drip drip of Rangers = bad it's getting boring. Think the Daily Rhebel will do an advent calendar this year a bad news Rangers story everyday till Christmas. -
Doubt there would be a long cue Pete i agree. But a debt free Rangers running at a profit would interest someone.
-
Sure it's just the craic Dutchy everybody loves them so they do. As a great man once said "my arse"
-
I don't doubt for a minute if he dodges the tax case and gets us standing on our own two feet as a club. He will sell for a huge profit but by then it will be a win on both sides.
-
Got to remember he was the only guy to step forward. Do we really think we would have that team on the park today if the muppets were still in charge.
-
Bet that doesn't make the lead story of tonight's news.
-
Actually a 12 year old would get the meaning of standing by his own. He hasn't learned yet how to turn on his own when one of them makes the slightest mistake. But then it is the Rangers way as this thread is pointing out very clearly. Thank god the young lad only told the head of a church to do one. Imagine if it had been something serious there would crys for him to be lynched on a lamppost on Edmiston Drive.
-
See above.

I agree BH he's been stupid and someone at the club should have a word with him. But at a time when everybody and their granny is lining up to have a pop, it's the ideal time for Rangers to stand up for its own. You have to ask yourself if this had Been anybody else would the authorities have been so quick to act I think not. The remark about the RC Church relates to the fact that in this country even the least little critical comment against them results in a furious backlash and screams of bigotry. All church's should be held to a high standard and if pointing out that they have been falling short of that standard for centuries ends with someone being publicly branded a bigot then this country is finished.

Old enough to think that if I made a stupid mistake, the big family that we like to call Rangers wouldn't just slam the door in my face. But in today's Scotland the turn your back on your own seems to be the norm.
