    True Danny ands that the reason I take very little to do with organised religion. Religion should stay in its church's and out of politics but the RC Church seems incapable of doing this.

    You can't compare the two church's simply by numbers. C of S stopped being a force in this country years ago as they stepped back the RC Church stepped up and started applying pressure on matters it wanted changed. Then they started all things not Catholic are bad and your a bigot if you don't agree. If you don't think the RC Church will have a big say in the independence debate that's coming then the union is fhucked. You just have to look at the reaction when faith schools are mentioned in Scotland to see how much power the RC Church holds.

    As someone who was lived his entire life in deepest darkest Lanarkshire let me tell you Danny the place is rife with them. There maybe slightly less in numbers but by fuck they are organised. They get involved with everything that will push the catholic agenda forward they know the system inside out and back to front. And they shout the loudest about any little thing that doesn't suit them and we all know if you shout the loudest for the longest you are the one that's heard. They have over the years quietly and deliberately got themselves into positions of power within all aspects of life while still playing the downtrodden oppressed people card a very dangerous mix.

    That's a book I would love to read Zappa. My Papa would never talk about the war, he would just mumble about being in the RAF and change the subject he never even spoke to my Gran about it. My Great Papa was the same my Great Gran said he came home threw his medals and uniform in a chest and never mentioned it again if he was ever asked about it all he would say was, it's past leave it there. My Great Papa was the church organist have tapes of him somewhere I will need look them out, my Papa taught me who to play golf made me my first set of clubs himself, god I miss playing golf with him he had a swing all his own but he could hit the ball a mile.     Couldn't agree more Chris the double standards are beyond belief. I will give Regan the benefit of the doubt on the date joke, don't think he has the intelligence to understand what he was saying, we will see if he apologises. As for that wee IRA loving scumbag hell is to good for the prick. The little credibility that the Scottish media had left is gone imo. Can you imagine if Big Laff got involved with a UVF or UDA cd, there would be a public lynching. Which makes it even more saddening is that so many Rangers fans jumped on the, Sack Grant Adam Bandwagon.

    Man city owners are Etihad amongst other things. If we could get enough money and I mean at least 3mill a season it's a goer. You have to remember any company getting involved will have to face the backlash from the mhanky hordes.
