  1. Certainly an element of trying to blame Green for anything possible in some of it.
  2. There's no risk, their agents have been sounding out clubs for months and the fees weren't going to be very much, although still very useful in our situation.
  3. I won't be cancelling my sky sports, I enjoy watching it too much frankly.
  4. I doubt the chances of Craig Whyte are really that high either then, both have clearly done immoral things that have wrecked our club but in terms of the law perhaps they've done nothing.
  5. Tax avoidance has to turn into tax evasion if they think they're entitled to bill you for the cash surely?
  6. Certainly tax evasion possibilities if the EBTs are proven, not to mention his involvement in Craig Whyte's fraudulent takeover.
  7. And Lloyds' influence over Murray was magic was it? Or because the charlatan did so much borrowing it caught up with him? Besides, they didn't have a gun to his head, he knew what Whyte was like and could have refused but he simply didn't care.
  8. There's no problems meeting the pay roll so nothing to suggest they did us a favour. The owners, the management and the fans wanted them to transfer their contracts, it's not as if quick sales for fairly basic fees couldn't have been done, certainly when their agents have probably been looking for clubs for months. Someone leaving at the end of their contract is different, these guys had contracts but decided to use an option to break them. I have plenty of anger and resentment to share about, I'm not letting the traitors distract me from anything. But their bridges are burnt, would never want them back even if they pleaded for it.
  9. Ally's not a bitter man, but no way he'll be happy at them for leaving and denying the club transfer fees. He said just before it started they had to not mess the fans about. I still stubble to understand why anyone wants to defend these mercenaries tbh.
  10. So they'll be crippling us, demanding the money then?
  11. Ok then, debt to owners and debt to a company is exactly the same thing....
  12. Money being paid back to owners is nothing like being on debt to a company like ticketus.
  13. Club paying money back to owners, hardly uncommon.
  14. Just all seems a bit pantomime villain for me. With Whyte's shares being worthless there's no real reason he should be involved.
  15. Big assumptions, where's the smoking gun?
  16. There was nothing stopping any of them transferring over so we could get a fee, not like we'd have been holding out for unreasonable number of millions. Something like 250k would do no harm in our situation.
  17. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-business-18747141 I hope the scumbag loses everything, has to be reduced to begging and is put in jail by HMRC.
  18. Shut the hell up Brown.
  19. Liquidation gives them much more ability to investigate than a CVA.
  20. A team that can win promotion fairly comfortably then. Black would stand out in the lower divisions, however much of a hacker he is.
  21. Ally just wants to be able to put a team out on the park, I doubt philosophies are anywhere near top of his priorities.
  22. We signed El Hadji Diouf, not as if we've ever had a rule about staying away from shitebags.
  23. Youth are clearly going to have a say, we can't afford them not to, it doesn't mean we don't try and get experienced signings in if possible. I have plenty of hatred for Ian Black's thuggish actions in the past but if he can help my club in this dire situation then I won't be rejecting him.
