Indeed, if I won the Euromillions i'd invest but I think i'd do all I could to stay anonymus.

The people being conned are the authorities, there's a lot of talk like the fans are responsible but there was no election to get Whyte in, we didn't decide it and we couldn't do anything to stop it. I'll see what happens but I cannot withdraw my season ticket support without solid proof.

However well respected and in the know people are, it's still a case of taking their word for it with them not even revealing their sources. I think Whyte has left some of our support in constant panic mode.

At TBK stage the Ticketus deal was still valid if I remember right, therefore we didn't actually owe them a debt, just our season ticket money for the next three years. Then when they couldn't work anything out with bidders the deal was scrapped and they became a creditor.

Other creditors would be furious with such a thing surely.

Well they have no legal right to be, like I said they became a creditor and the creditors will get paid back from whatever money comes from liquidation, not much in fairness. So Green and co would have had to go to them, and I just don't see why they would.

Is any of this making the newspapers?

And I believe that's where the debate comes in, that we made them secretly contractual.
