  1. you use your brain and make the stadium compliant in a way it does not comprise the stature of the club or the possible revenue that can be made. there will be a way around it and i am sure the club will do just that.
  2. any smaller and i would have to question my clubs standards and ambitions. something i could not and would not back.
  3. it is fit for purpose, it has seats, it is maintained, it is safe, it is open and it is used, so in that respect it is fit for the purpose of playing football in it. what i meant by improving it is what you said there, it is looking a bit dated, it needs brought into the 21st century, celtic took a new 60000 seater arena into the new millenium, what did we do? as a club we stagnated. i completely agree abotu the lower tiers, i have actually contacted the club about this before, but got no reply, tickets are sold on a computer, they are all numbered, it would be very easy to do. i also want visiting fans out of sight form the camera filming the matches. that corner with away fans and empty seats all round it is horrific and embarrassing. most big clubs have away fans up in a far corner of a stand out the way of cameras, why not us?
  4. of course it is fit for purpose, if anything i think it needs improved. not sure about saving money redeveloping, we could certainly make money if we increase capacity. we probably could move but fans would be against that i imagine i dont want to move, i want to increase capacity, i want the biggest club ground in the country, not having it is embarrassing. we claim to be a big club yet our ground is dwarfed by a smaller club, explain? ideal scenario, improve product on the park, lower ticket prices, improve our public relations and increase capacity by at least 15000
  5. no, we need every penny we can get, never mind wasting it on ripping seats out and defacing such a beautiful stadium, it is ludicrous.
  6. smart money is on elvis tactically out foxing ally again.
  7. no chance some of them are wee darlins
  8. and some are far too easily pleased. i wonder who could have sucked the standards and level of ambition out of them............20 years under murray will do that to certain people i guess
  9. one criticism i cannot share. how many played? 3, 4 including little? mckay started very well and obviously tired in 2nd half and was played out of position. mcleod looks decent but that was his first team debut. hutton we know what he can do, he is average at best. little was buzzing around, again, he is no better than average so i dont expect anything more from him.
  10. it is going to take a press conference at ibrox with mr green demanding respect and demanding the media use our correct name.
  11. under strict orders from his catholic bosses
  12. with an spl team. the basics would have been nice, a bit of passing and moving. a bit of composure and bit of motivation form the sides, a bit more class than our opponents. not expecting much certainly not la liga football, that is delusional.
  13. Stewarty - "That doesn't even make sense. See my post above. Criticism of the team and ally are NOT what is required at this time. Whatever your views on the team, save it for now please." someone locked the other thread so i will take this chance to reply to you. you asked if i fell asleep in february, i asked if our problems were post feb, which of course they were not and constructive criticism is relevant at any point. whatever ally is doing, it clearly isnt working and hasnt done for over a year now
  14. season ticket renewals and ticket sales will dictate that, not your opinion.
  15. that "just enough" attitude annoys me.
  16. are you blaming administration for last seasons cup exits and novembers complete collapse? please tell me you are not.
  17. he makes it impossible to buy into it, hardly a good advert for season ticket sales
  18. neither did i but i thought we would see some freedom in the players play and a bit of urgency from them.
  19. "complete lack of attempt to play anything resembling football"
  20. true but there is clearly no change in style, tactics or attitude from last years shambles.
  21. stopped listening to it after the 7th mention of it after about 5 mins.
  22. warning signs were there last summer.
  23. so they won and got a clean sheet?
  24. pressure should never come into, this is not an spl team. brechin are diabolical and sadly we have not been much better.
  25. scary thing is we all know celtic would have smashed about 5 or 6 past this team. our outlook on football at our club is scary. almost deprived.
