I don't expect rangers to insult fans by playing players that are not fit to wear the jersey just to help poor players become experienced poor players. The attitude shown by a lot of our youth towards staff and in general should mean they are shown the door not encouraged by giving them an opportunity way outwith their talent. The youth players have to be good enough to merit a chance, its simple. Attainment levels are motivation and if you are not motivated by competition then you will never be a successful footballer.
