and i could swear he couldnt get a cross passed the first defender. championship low level players will never be good enough to secure champions league spots and to keep our fans happy. The high end of the championship market yes. The chris burke level no. -

someone needs to aim higher. how do you ever expect to be better than the likes of motherwell or hibs when we buy from the same stock? Our income outstrips them by miles and as such so should our player recruitment. -

ashley has hired managers before. Typically badly so you could say he has learned the hard way. plus two wrongs don't make a right. -
lets face it statistical analysis is way out your league You stick to wanting opinions that are not based on the reality of the situation but also take in the realm of make believe. If you can't make a decent decision based on the amount of historical data and buying trends 1/3 to 1/2 of the way through then you shouldn't leave the house without supervision! crossing the road Must be a nightmare for you. How can you possibly tell if you have enough time!

It's only 3 weeks long! If you can't make a decent prediction 1/3 to a 1/2 way through then you need to get someone in who can!!

no he wouldnt AMD he wwould still not be good enough for the top league or Europe. If that's the standard we aim for then we might as well wrap it. He sure as feck wouldnt attract 45000 st holder's and neither will his standard if player -

We don't have time to spare. If they dont hit the ground running we are fecked. The situation the club is in does not leave room for patience. That's fine if the youth are only to supplememt a strong 11 not when they are an integral part -
Dont think it's as black and white as that. The Rangers situation with the last 3 year's all the lies and chancers to expect massive uptake in season tickets when you have not proven one single promise yet is nonsense. Not many who are not sure whether to renew/ buy or not will be of a trusting frame of mind.

Don't really see it in the present youth. Have hope for Gallagher. Walsh, Murdoch etc are no better standard than the chris burkes of old. A midfield of law ,Murdoch and Scott Allen makes me depressed with a Walsh shiels or Templeton as wingers it's no better than last seasons -

hope so mate but I highly doubt it in the time frame remaining. His words give that impression but the actions make me think we are keeping the outlay to the minimum required to get promotion. -

king seemed pretty definite on the number,. out the starting 11 above we need rid of at least 7! -

how? with 6 slots what positions are you strengthening and what areas are you not. Even if you have 100% success with your signings and they all stay fit and slot immediately into the first 11 it aint near enough to have a strong exciting 18 to pick from -

bell ? mcgregor zaliuskis wallace ? murdoch law shiels miller clark how do you vastly improve that team realistically in the championship with only 6-7 new players straight off one needs to be a keeper either 2nd or 1st choice. Leaves only 6 spots. -

don't want any of the 5 i mentioned. Really hope there is other candidates. If had to pick from that 5 would go with warburton. Any of the other 4 and all kings promises go out the window for me. got to wonder who would accept the position with the way we are selling it. Can only supplement the squad with 6-7 new players. No budgets or even parameters given just a promise of it being open ended with no numerical value given -

think the delay is not really a delay it was the time frame intended. gilligan and murray identify candidates and produce a shortlist including holding informal discussions Then king comes over from SA this week unveils the st sales and holds official interviews with all candidates which will begin once murray is back from LA -

king said yesterday that 5 are still in the running and are all possibles. the list was previously bigger but some were dependent on promotion we are now left with 5 who are the 5 then? take it pieria is not one since it fell apart my guess..... mccall warburton davies mccinnes mcleish -

agree the other choices as in ashley are far worse but dont see the problem with sarver. anybody other than a Rangers fan comes out with the interview with trayner and it would be slated as nonsense. That is a hell of a lot of trust to give to one guy based on nothing other than his word. only actions can be trusted. they need to set down a marker first. -
it sounds more likely to me that the season ticket uptake in the first week will be used to determine the amount spent on a manager and players. Slow uptake = the cheaper option High uptake = number one choice
