It's the defensive stability and energy for the press and counter that Gerrard likes. I would say the press is OK, but not working well as a team. He's defended the right side well -- have they got in behind on the our right? It's mainly the left, for me. He's done nothing going forward, but none of them have.

I do feel, if we get our passing right, there is space there to exploit.

Feyenoord have created 3 or 4 very good chances that they didn't take -- or McGregor stopped. It's ironic that the chance they do actually take is fairly fortunate, with the deflection. Our clearances weren't great either, to be fair.

I switched the channel to perhaps catch the end of a PL game, only to see they're gearing up for St Johnstone vs Aberdeen. Nope. So much for Super Sunday...

[FT] Hamilton 1 - 3 Rangers. I thought we were very good for an hour or so, and then the performance just fell off a cliff. We were hanging on in the end, until Morelos and Kent took advantage of a rare break.

We played really well the first half, and carried on the second in roughly the same vein, but it really has just fallen off a cliff. We're hanging on.
