I'm complaining at our lack of chances, but bloody hell, it's hard! Every St Mirren player is in their box, defending; there are 4-5 men around every one of ours. Ugh.

Usually when we're dominating our centre-backs are just inside the half-way line, but they're 20-25 yards in front of that here!

I'm a wee bit worried. We're playing well, but we're not quite creating clear chances. We've seen this script before. Our centre-backs are almost on the edge of the St Mirren box, we're so high, pressing them in. I'd like to see Jones get more of the ball, and perhaps Jack swap positions with Kamara.

Anyone else think Goldson's distribution has been a lot better this season? There was a bit of coverage about him being a 'ball-playing Centre-back' when he signed, and then articles aftwerwards suggesting why this wasn't quite accurate -- he just didn't complete enough passes to be deemed as such. He could play a cross-field ball, which could be impressive, but that wasn't always accurate, and that was the only ball he'd play. This season, though, I've seen him play some decent straight balls into our wide forwards with a decent success rate; they're dangerous balls, as well.

I too fell some players look shattered, and should subbed, from time to time. But, then again, I do appreciate the need to keep that intensity in the side; these guys are switched on, whereas a player being subbed in would take a while to get up to speed. I did think Arfield looked knackered against Midtjylland last week, and I said he should be subbed, then he proceeds to run the length of the pitch and score!

You always like an away goal, but a draw is a decent result.
