And then another 24 hours??
-
No announcement till morning according to the Herald.
-
Seems like it.

Been a farce since the Admins first commented on Whytes shares. Now to insist on unconditional bids, when no one in their right mind would do so.
-
I don't see how we are going to exit administration anytime soon.

Press Release: ‘Following inaccurate media reports, the Blue Knights/Brian Kennedy Consortium wishes to clarify its position. Firstly, on Saturday evening 28 April 2012, we submitted a materially increased offer which will be confirmed by the administrators, Duff & Phelps. Secondly, and for the avoidance of doubt, our offer is conditional on a CVA and the delivery of Craig Whyte’s shares. If successful, this will retain the SPL membership share in RFC 1899. 'newco' seems to be in everyones mind now. As you mentioned, the new buzz word. One job Admins have worked well.

Ally must have got the 'both bids mean a newco' from the Admins. Yet TBK still insist their bid does not include a newco. What is going on here??
-
Ally certainly thinks both bids mean a newco.
-
They might be aware, but doing the job? Even Ally is struggling against the pack.
-
None of them would have a scooby of what they were getting themselves into.

Is he strong enough to stand up for the Club and the Supporters? Jumping the gun I suppose, as you say, wait and see what the next few days bring.

Not sure about this Gordon McKie the papers are talking about.

Hope it's ok to post this. From MD on FF last night. Got this email from Andrew McCormick, Chairman RFF. "The RFFF Committee met with the administrators Messrs.Clark and Whitehouse today at 4pm.They disclosed that at the present time the bids of Bill Miller and Brian Kennedy on behalf of The Blue Knights are now closer in their levels and terms. The RFFF emphasised that whoever was successful it was essential that the history of the club be preserved. Both bidders are acutely aware of the need to do so."

Rangers have reported this to the police. About time.

Another post from 'Bainer' aka Dave Swanton. 'Noone can predict the actions of others with absolute certainty. If there was something contractually binding to report, it would be a press announcement. Anectdotal statements are made to indicate current state of play, and to encourage a long suffering support. The first Haymaker was delivered as promised. It was the combining of BK and TBK. After a day and night of negotiation, another was delivered. We are in a strong position. Nothing certain, but strong. Lets see if success is delivered. Have faith that all sinews are as promised being stretched to breaking point. Trust our experience in Business'
