If their not giving us the answers, except to say we're Rangers men don't worry then I'm sorry mate but scepticism is all that's left. Blind faith got us in this mess and only concrete answers will stop the fear and get us out of it. I wouldn't mind The BK's/Kennedy getting control but only if they can fund us going forward until the CVA is sorted if that's the route they favour. PM may or may not have made a good job of running Rangers in his time but he's made a pigs ear of this takeover and that doesn't stop the fears of the fans if/when he gets control.

 

I just want my club back and under the control of sensible honest men, I don't care if we don't win as much as we used to just as long as we're safe and never have to travel down this road to Hell again.

Listen mate when it comes right down to it I think time will show TBK's were the only ones to bring us back to life! Whether that's with them in charge or having walked away because it was too late!

Thing is we've been faced with choices and we're never gonna get all the answers but although we have concerns we really have to get behind the PB - I felt we were all starting to do that with Miller but as suspected he was a time waster! I would be REALLY surprised if TBK's walked away after being named as PB! I'm not being BLIND in my support of TBK's it's based on what we know rather than what we don't know!

If BK is successful I expect we'll also have his wife to thank as I 'suspect' her 'encouragement' was important! :-)

I know you're trying to be unbiased but I get really riled with this BLIND Faith nonsense! Paul Murray kept the finances in good order when at Ibrox (helped of course by the success from Walter) and Walter has also spoken highly of the man, so it is a faith based on what we know, on experience not blinkered vision!

This is the kind of scepticism that enables haters of BK, PM and The Blue Knights to thrive and gives D&P their feeble pretext's in order to turn them down!

I've always had FAITH and BELIEF in the Consortium of Paul Murray, Brian Kennedy and The Blue knights - if everybody that supports Rangers had made that leap of faith THEY'D ALREADY BE IN PLACE AND TURNING THINGS AROUND!

If you can't make that leap of faith now (after everything that's happened) then it's too late (if it's not too late already) for us, we're down the pan! You can then argue the toss with the tiny number of fans left that frequent Rangers forums!

Wonder why these two crooks have been 100% committed to newco or liquidation? My guess is HMRC suspect (as I do) they're in it with Whyte, and have made it clear they'll only deal with a genuine Rangers Consortium! Nobody will be calling in the law to investigate D&P as things stand at the moment. If I'm not mistaken, the only legal thing that can happen to them at this point is that a creditor or charge holder petitions the court to have them replaced by other administrators, but they'd need pretty solid evidence of D&P not doing their jobs properly.

A half decent firm of Solicitors would rip them apart in court - jeezo I have a funny feeling two guys in suits are tied to chairs in an office basement somewhere in England trying to loosen ropes...

i've long suspected liquidation is their end game. but they will find it hard to justify that with a workable blue knights bid on the table.

I've read your stuff here and on rm and share your feelings re TBK's. Yes they will find it hard to justify - and I think both PM and BK are doing there best to highlight what you say - but once Sunday is over I feel they'll run with their piss poor excuses and their pockets bulging...

It's best to perpare ourselves for the worst (just in case) because the club's situation is currently very, very vulnerable, but I also think you're being overly pessimistic. If they don't get a buyer sorted out this month D&P will be able to keep the club running in administration for several more months (at least another 2 or 3) simply by asking for help from the RFFF and ultimately by selling players if need be. That's my take on it anyway.

I'm sure they'd be willing to stay in place - with those salaries hardly surprising - truth is though there's only a limited amount of time they can work their scam before someone calls in the Law to investigate, that's why I think they'll liquidate and run come Monday! Join their families in America (or wherever) with their increased security...

Instinct tells me D&P are twisting the knife one last time before ramming it home. I think this latest round of hope has been put up to show that Whyte and his pals at Duff and Phelps tried right up to the last minute to save the club, before announcing Liquidation on Monday!!

In my opinion the shower of them always had this as the endgame - drag it out until the end of season then pull the plug.
