I have a clear position on the return of the Billy Boys and I'll not be singing it in football stadia until the conditions are created whereby it won't jeopardise the club's standing. I haven't been able to create these conditions myself as of yet but I live in hope. In the meantime I understand that your aim is to create these conditions for everybody using the tactics you have already described.
