Panacea: An Answer or Solution for all Problems or Difficulties

Recommended Posts

Apparently the players had to stump up £2k each for the kitty. £2k for a night out? Ooofft!

Wow, that's some night out. I suppose, cocaine's quite expensive :)

.

It's understandable that the kitty was 2k when you take a look at the drinks menu for those VIP booths at Panacea.

Zappa.... go to any of the strip clubs in Vegas, or indeed any of the nightclubs....

A $20 bottle of Bacardi, sold to anyone prepared to pay $450. I shit you not.

Louis Roederer ‘03 ........................Ã?£120.00 (not a bad bottle of champagne but dry)

Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque ’99 .........Ã?£140.00 (quite a decent bottle)

Dom Perignon ‘00 .........................Ã?£170.00 (nice bottle, nice and smooth)

Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame ’98 .Ã?£180.00 (not too bad but overpriced, better bottles cheaper)

Krug Grande Cuvee .......................£190.00 (not had it yet, is on ice for the Mrs completing her diploma)

Dom Perignon Oenotheque ‘95 ........Ã?£250.00 (not tried it)

Louis Roederer Cristal ’00-’02 .........Ã?£290.00 (Cristal, whilst nice, is over-rated)

Krug Collection ’85 .......................Ã?£750.00 (I wish !!!!)

Those prices do seem very steep.

In the interests of "togetherness" surely the senior members getting paid multiples of thousands a week could have ponied up between them to take the lower earners with them ? Stingy bastards :D

I'm sure they will have done that to an extent, but to what extent we might never know.
