Exactly what powers do UEFA have that would stand up in a court of law, it is apparent that Arsenal's legal eagles called UEFA's bluff, pity others don't have the same backbone. I think it is about Arsenal calling FIFA's bluff and maybe Rangers should have done or maybe should do over the BB.
