Boyd seems to have put more control into them now and I am less worried, as he used to just hit and hope. However, more often than not his power peanlties usually ended up in the net. Dr Preston Burke 0 Posted February 3, 2010 Share Posted February 3, 2010 I actually kinda understand Alex McLeish's comment after we lost a semi final on penalties to Hibs (that our strikers don't like hitting dead balls) If the ball is static and you are tired, it must be quite difficult to get sufficient power in it.
