Frankie 8,200 Posted August 12, 2010 Share Posted August 12, 2010 While that's an ideal situation Frankie, it is not always about a sell on value,IMO, if Beattie comes in and scores goals and we win the league again then that alone should justify his signing and help generate more income by hopefully getting into Europe again Of course but spending millions on two loan players and a 30 year old run-of-the-mill forward is a risky business and smacks of panic to me. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Was just about to say isn't it odd Beattie is here but Smith isn't. I'm coming round to the idea of Beattie but don't know much about Smith.
