Can everyone please remember this guy already has £20 million invested , which Murray is about to flush down the pan , there was no way that he was going to go quietly , himself ,AJ and Martin Bain are the three directors behind this plan .

Administration is not an option .

If Murray wants the money, then surely he will sell to Whyte.

Does the Board members plan involve buying shares from Murray?

It would take Whyte 28 days to remove a hostile board , something he does not want to have to do , the term used by the business editor at the Herald a few weeks ago was " they are like a bag of ferrets" the briefing's they gave against each other was shocking and there was no way he could see them working together , look's like he has been proved right ...

why does the 28 day hostile board to be rid of cause such a problem?

to be honest I have no idea , however it was brought up twice today , seperately , lets face it as has been previously written the club needs gutted from top to bottom

Probably not picking you up right bud, but does this mean there was individual briefing's between board members/Whyte camp and they all spoke badly about each other?

Do we know how much King's £20m would have been worth if the Whyte deal went ahead?

If the stories are correct and Murray was getting £6m for his 85% then King's 8% would be worth around £600K.
