From the Scottish Parliament website: The Committee is expected to consider Stage 2 amendments for the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Bill at its meeting on Tuesday 22 November 2011 (Tuesday 29 November is also available should additional time be required). The deadline for lodging amendments on the Bill at Stage 2 is 12 noon on Thursday 17 November. If there's any amendments about the IRAoke, there is pretty damning evidence that UEFA are investigating it as we speak. On another note I see that David McLetchie is now the Tory Justice spokesman, so he'll be on the Justice Committee.
