Boycotting the BBC?

Recommended Posts

How do you watch films and DVDs/Blu Rays etc? Or do you not bother with them either?

I watch DVD's quite often, but as a person that used to watch the BBC avidly, it's the quality and standard of their, and others progaming that has forced me to not investing in a TV license. It's not just this current spate of rubbish, green tinged reporting that has forced me to forsake broadcast TV, the standards have been going downhill for some years. I used to enjoy watching Top Gear, in it's original format, but whooooowww, what a lot of shit it is now.

I also still listen to radio Scotland, but even that is full of useless chat about Strictly and the other pish they put out. I'm happy watching the occasional comedy or film on the iPlayer, but as has been mentioned here, they're not a commercial organisation, so whether I watch their programs or not, it makes no diffirence. Not paying for a TV license does though.

For as long as that cunt Liam McLeod is masquerading as a commentator on Sportscene then I'm afraid.....I'M OUT! This plonker graces our screens as a COMMENTATOR on Scottish football and has as much knowledge as a wank in a dark corner. When I watched the recent Spain v Scotland game on BBC Scotland that prick kept referring to Scotland as 'The Scots' that term is usually attached to 'non Scots' yet that fuck was born in Scotland....Plastic Paddy comes to mind. BBC plastic paddy go fuck yourself like have a wank in a dark corner.

People will only boycott what suits them It's all very well swearing blind fealty to Rangers but when it comes to inconvenience, well, that's a horse of a different feather. And by the way, the BBC does take cognisance of audience figures. People's jobs hang or fall by them.
