STV report that his agent is saying they've already agreed all the terms of a 3 and a half year deal, so it would appear all that needs sorted tomorrow is a medical and the lad's signature on the contract.

All sounds quite promising but my gripe (you knew there was one) is he's supposedly primarily a left winger. We're not exactly short there!
