Can Rangers FC move on without ticketus?

Recommended Posts

Ticketus are like a big growth under the armpit...is there anyway Rangers FC can move on without them?

They have effectively been neutralised.

Only other way round them (save liquidation)would be a megabucks offer to the CVA pot which I don't think will materialise.

TBK propaganda.

The CVA offer need to be better than liquidation, but would not need to be megabucks.

Unless I am mistaken, should all ills come to pass, the admins may decide that it is in the best interest of all (creditors) to rip the TicketUs deal apart, as they noted after the judge's half-ruling on that deal.

Essentially, all we can do is wait and see. By the looks of it, the best deal for the club (sic!) is that of the Blue Knights, said without any knowledge about the Singapore-bid. (For who knows whether they can't strike a deal with TicketUs too?)

If ticketus are not in the deal, does that not mean they are creditors, who could then scupper a cva?

Why would they do that? We then go into liquidation and they get even less.

This "scupper a CVA" is justification for including them on the deal, but it sems unlikely that they would take this option.
