It held that Ticketus held no property rights in the seats nor in the proceeds of their sale. Their rights were of a personal, contractual nature only. As a result, if the Joint Administrators, when pursuing the objectives of the Administration of the Club, consider it to be in the interests of the Company‟s creditors as a whole, they can decline to perform the contractual obligations of the Company.
