D&P Report into RFC Finances available

Hang on a minute.....

Taking the EBT case out of the equation and the other amounts which are showing as being owed to football clubs (some of which may or may not be overdue), how the fuck has Craig Whyte been able to run up actual debts of 40M plus since he took over????

There's a summary of the "Non-Preferential Unsecured Creditors" in the report.

14.27 According to the Company's books and records the non-preferential unsecured creditors can be summarised as follows:

  • Trade & Expense Creditors 5,544,508
  • Ticketus (amount of claim to be confirmed) 26,700,000
  • HM Revenue & Customs – Excluding Big and Small Tax Cases 14,372,042
  • HM Revenue & Customs – Small Tax Case TBC
  • HM Revenue & Customs – Big Tax Case TBC
  • Supporter Debenture Holders 7,736,000
  • Football Related Creditors 1,063,082
  • Employees TBC

Total - 55,415,63

.........................................

If you remove Ticketus and the Debenture Holders from that list, then you're left with a total debt to "Non-Preferential Unsecured Creditors" of £20,979,630 (call it £21m for talking sake).

I find it funny that the media so far has only reported what WE owe everyone else....not what other folk owe US!!! Always sounds a lot worse when you only read 1/2 the balance sheet!!!

For people like me that dont have a clue about this stuff can somebosy confirm the following,

How much do other people owe Rangers?

Do they need to pay this just as normal?

What on earth is going on with our "trading revenue" figures for the period of administration from Feb 14th until the end of March btw?

7.15 - For the period of this report, 14 February 2012 to 30 March 2012 trading revenue totals £1,020,234, as shown in the table below:

  • Ticket Sales 708,958
  • Programme Sales 20,221
  • Hospitality Sales 94,318
  • Food and Beverage Sales 138,358
  • Stadium Tours 5,373
  • Other 53,006

Total Administration Revenue 1,020,230

Does this look like a realistic amount considering the massive crowds at Ibrox since we went into administration?

What's the story with food & beverage sales being included when that's (supposedly) all going into Azure's/Elior's pockets?

What is "other" ??
