Father Young tells it as it is

Recommended Posts

I honestly can't read anything that he writes. Every now and again I see "Chick Young's view" on the BBC Sport website and I am tempted to read it. And when I do, I manage no more than a sentence before losing the will to live. He is simply living off his reputation now in that he invokes derision from all quarters, hence why his presence and his views create listeners, readers and comment.

...and a reputation established by 'Only An Excuse' at that.

Why the BBC continually pay him to write articles for their, at times, very decent sport website baffles me! It actually really angers me. Same with the guys on the phone-ins. What a shite life they must all live. So our next caller has a point he'd like to make about Rangers . . . Yawn
