Stated that: - D&P stated an amount of £8.5m would be acceptable.....BK's met that. - D&P stated that CW's shares were an issue....BK has written agreement (with conditions) from CW for transfer of shares. - D&P stated that other bidders were offering more cash up front, but BK's are far further ahead in the process. - PM stated that he would step down ASAP if the reason for not accepting BK's bid is him personally. They are both unclear as to why their bid hasn't been accepted, when they have met the conditions set by D&P BK also stated that he had been in contact with Bill Miller prior to being PB.....BK offered/suggested that he, BM & TBK's combine their funds to a pot of circa £27m in order get deal done - BM refused as he was dead set for Newco. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
