Arabs Trust Panicking?

Recommended Posts

Seems like they are concerned

They should be concerned and so should the fans of other SPL clubs.

Let's see how many of them are calling the phone-ins, writing emails and tweets to the media about "sporting integrity" and trying to kick other member clubs in the teeth when their own club's are in meltdown and up the Swanny without a paddle.

Thankfully there's a fair number of sensible people out there who understand that the SPL does indeed need Rangers.

I haven't heard many. Most seem determined to maximise damage to us.

Rangers are the only club I know of to be punished twice for going into administration.

firstly the 10pt deduction & fine then secondly the SFA fines and transfer embargo.

Sky "should be called upon" to make it clear their commitment to Scottish football is "not solely based on four Old Firm games a year" (paraphrased).

In these dark days, I salute the Arab Trust for giving me a laugh with that one. Naturally, Sky will show a philanthropic interest in such match ups as Dundee Utd v Inverness. Who wouldn't pay top dollar for a Clash Of The Titans like that?

That's not strictly true though.

The 10 point deduction is for going into Administration. The transfer embargo is for not paying other member clubs and the SFA monies due and the £160k fine is for 'allowing' the Shyster to buy the club.
