Graham Spiers ‏@GrahamSpiers

This rumour of ‪#rangers‬ going to the Court of Arbitration for Sport over the SFA is utter tosh. The club wouldnâ??t have a leg to stand on.

The CVA will only be valid if we are eligible for all competitions that we are now.

Maybe I am wrong, but a) there currently is no season/competition, and b) since we have had no accounts et all posted ane being in administration, we are not exactly sure of getting licenses to play in any Scottish competition, not to mention European competitions.

That said, as Blair pointed out, we don't need a license/registration from the SFA to play in the SPL, even though that will be changed at some point.

Do you think that they are simply going to forget all about everything, especially with FIFA on their case?

Don't you think the SFA should be in trouble with FIFA!! They were the ones who wanted to punish us with such an illegal sanction and therefore left us with no alternative than to go to Court.

Going by the lack of balls the SFA have shown through all this I very much doubt they will exclude us from the cup. I think they will hit us with another fine.

Probably, kicking us out isn't exactly the wise thing to do when you're looking for someone to sponsor the competition after William Hills' departure.
