Was that not for another part of their ruling, the embargo was for not paying the other member clubs on time.

The SFA made a cock up of the punishment, if they want to continue to be seen as incompetant then come ahead. This could go on for years, sometime though someone with some sense at the SFA will say enough is enough and take a step back.

You can bet your house that there are zillions of emails to FIFA being drafted as we speak - if you know what I mean.

Not for the reasons given, but it may be a very worthwhile exercise getting Keen to draft a letter to FIFA outlining the history of the case and the background. Just before the revisionistas get there.

in fairness FIFA agree with rangers. they have told the sfa to punish us with something that's in their rules.

 

ie no special punishments just to shaft rangers.

I feel we will get a Scottish cup ban. I don't know how they could suspend our membership and expulsion would be a hugely costly mistake for them. They already said expulsion was "too severe".
