Hampden Summit Today

Recommended Posts

So, the St Mirren Chairman thinks a dangerous precedent has been set by raising an action in the Court of Session? The reality is that a dangerous precedent has been set by the SFA in acting out with its competence and by not permitting arbitration via CAS, as is required by FIFA. What an arse.

"@BBCAlLamont: Penalty of greater of ten point/one third of previous season's total for going into admin is passed"

That is absolutely bonkers! What was wrong with the existing 10 point penalty rule? :wtf:

The ONLY issue they have(had) with the 10 point penalty rule is that it didnt have any effect on our league position - which could be contended (as calscot has done on here) that it DID because of the mental effect of the 10 point penalty effectively ending our challenge.

But they want a penalty to have an impact in terms of league position.
