What's pointless and pathetic about it? It seems a good post to me. If you're going to attack someone like that, you should justify you reasoning or else the post ends up being faced with the same accusation. Don't know if it's a matter for the courts or not, the CVA proposal includes football debtors monies what if one of those debtors decided to do a Craig Whyte when it comes to paying up?
