SFA Membership close

I never really expected them to give up on their EBT investigation. As long as we have right of appeal we can fight it. Surely we can go higher than the SFA?

maybe cas but not for ceartain. the reason we could go to court last time is because their was no clear route of appeal. that doesn't apply here as appeal is to the sfa.

If they hammer us for the dual contracts bullshit our only route to appeal is via one of these SFA appellate tribunals, AKA kangaroo court.

exactly. so they will strip our titles then we will go to the sfa for appeal.

how do you see that going.

You are ignoring the key fact that they need a little thing called evidence before they do that and if they had evidence why aren't they using it instead of hoping we'll just accept it without a trial. If you've ever played poker you'll realise its called bluffing its what you do when you have a pish hand and hope your opponent will give up without a fight.

Folk said that about the SPL clubs...

Their plan to get us to division one was f*&ked by the only organisation that's shown the slightest vestige of common sense in this whole sorry sordid affair something the SPL didn't count on by assuming the SFL was as corrupt as the SPL.
