Ally's Recruitment Drive

We weren't able to sign anyone since the first tribunal as well.

Since even before then. We couldn't sign anyone whilst in administration and after the CVA failed as expected there was the period up until we got our SFA membership transferred, so you're looking at roughly an 18 month transfer embargo and that's not counting the period of administration from mid February until the end of the season in May.

I'd like to see the club challenging this by signing a free agent in between this transfer window and the next. Apart from having employment law on our side, it's supposed to be a 12 month embargo.

I have the stomach for one more fight - the EBT's, no more.

We have to get back to normality and move on.

I think all the money will be gone in this window anyway.

Technically, we wouldn't have to put up any fight. Just sign a player who's so desperate to play for us that he and his agent will take any and all required legal action.

Yes I see but we would have to be willing to take them and would be hammered again.
