I've not been following it closely, but isn't there a case going on in Italy where Juve are sueing the Italian FA for penalising them but letting AC Milan off the hook for a similar crime? The SFA need to be very careful.

 

I've got a feeling though that, if it comes down to it, rather than see us cleared Liewell would give the thumbs up to sanctions against Celtic secure in the knowledge that we'd get a deeper shafting.

Indeed Juventus were also stripped of 2 titles. After winning Serie A last season for the 28th time they had wanted to put the 3rd Star on there shirt because it was actually the 30th time they had won it. Instead they have put the words "30 Sul Campo" underneath there badge which means "30 on the field"

But they won't, for whatever reason. Hence I suggested that either we have to "target" people from outside Scotland, or take a more direct route by asking ministers et al - not just MPs - to have a look, as well as UEFA and FIFA. And we should make it public that we do/did this. The board-revolutionaries will get us no-where and the SPL/SFA et al will continue unmolested.

Indeed. I think we would all agree that bloggers ask pertinent and challenging questions. But if no one of relevance sees them/does anything with them.

This site provides a start, this on this site people could e.g. reword the The Curious Case Of The SPL or articles from our or TRS site and ask where to legally challenge what goes on at the SPL. If this is being done by the dozen, such Ministries will take note.
