I think it would be incredibly interesting to know if the rules allowed for stripping titles for this prior to celtcs lawyer rewriting them.

Just heard an interview with Green on RTV where he goes: "It is either people making rules up as they go along or don't know what the rules are." Brilliantly spot on.

I must admit I think Green is wrong about the image payments. Rangers are being accused of having a second contract to play football, and not declaring it to the SPL. I would imagine an image contract is for interviews, boots,clothes adverts etc, and therefore not a payment for playing football and therefore not anything to do with the SPL. Therefore not necessary to report it to the SPL. I may be wrong.
