Celtic - The (K)newco club

In essence that would mean that the company in question was set up in 2001, so the chap used the wrong one, but was essentially right? Didn't have the time to double-check on our earlier debate on this ere posting.

Correct. It's HMS 402 and not Pacific Shelf.

don't worry I'm sure Mr Doncaster from the SPL will explain how one of its clubs can apparently be run by three companies. No rules will have been broken ( if there were any in the first place) and even if there were any broken the fat, lardass lawyer McKenzie will rewrite them anyway.

That's the way these things work is it not?

Which company did the bunnet shut down because they had a tax bill he refused to pay because it was not his? Surely the corporate structure Celtic have is the only thing that stops them making the same claims as all other clubs that have gone through what we have, Celtic the club, have had, and continue to have, a number of 'parent companies' one collapsing means fuck all to the club the only difference with us is that we only had one parent company (I think)
