Press Statement ~ Independent Commission

Recommended Posts

There is a poster over on FF who says verdict is in and it's no case to answer. He's a respected poster and has been proven correct in the past. Take with a bucket of salt though!

Most probably the outcome I'll guess

If the ruling is delivered quickly, then the WORST we'll receive will be the equivalent of a slap on the wrist. Anything else would be an affront to justice and would / should be faught until our collective last breath.

My worry is that they defer judgement until after any future HMRC appeal of the Big Tax Case verdict, which would be purgatory.

For me, the end of this Commission will mean that we can finally move on and focus properly on the future.

Here's to swift justice...

I just want to move on from here & get answers to the real issues myself & fellow Rangers supporters want;-

i) how did Whyte manage to buy Rangers and was SDM blackmailed into doing so ? if so by whom ? was it the two bhoys at LBG at the time?

ii) at what point did Regan's SFA know Whyte wasn't paying N.I./PAYE ? is it true they knew around Sept/Oct 2011 nearly 6months before administration ? if so why did they take no action ?
