Is a move to England a possibility?

Recommended Posts

It's obviously possible, but realistically I just don't see it happening, so as far as I'm concerned it's a moonbeam until such time as it actually happens.

People in positions of authority at the club shouldn't even be discussing it in the public media or to the press unless the club applies and gets accepted.

... which is correct. I wouldn't be surprised if this is "just" a tactic to get the Scottish authorities into motion though. The threat of losing us and consequently sooner or later them would/will have seismic proportions for the game in Scotland, not least finance-wise.

Would it matter. At least all the teams would have the same level as Celtic would be hot on our heels across the border. It may be a godsend for the rest as they wouldn't have to overspend to keep up with the OF.

I think failure to address the balance of power in the corridors of Hampden and Rangers current complete lack of input into moving the Scottish game forward is of far more concern to Green than 12-12-18.

Maintaining the status quo of a Ceptic stranglehold on CG's field of play will see us moving elsewhere.
