Sorry, badly written by me. I should have said he "lied" to obtain Whytes shares, which seems to be acceptable in some peoples book. There was also the "lie" about him not drawing a wage, which got back-dated, and not forgetting his "lie" about having 20 investors lined up, and the "lie", about us not needing the IPO for running costs, etc etc etc
