RANGERS is investing in the installation of two new state-of-the-art giant screens which will enhance the matchday experience and continue to make Ibrox one of the worldâ??s leading venues.

In the next few weeks the existing screens in the corners of the Govan Stand will be replaced by new giant screens measuring 72m2, 40% larger than the existing Jumbotrons, and among the largest screens in UK football.*

This will mean enhanced viewing along with a fan experience module for fans at future games.*

Only one of the old screens will be operational at Wednesdayâ??s game against Linfield on Wednesday, 10 April as the changes take place. *

The first new screen will be operational at the Clyde game on Saturday, April 13 with both screens scheduled to be in place before the end of the season.

The existing ones were certainly installed on the cheap by Whyte so these will be an improvement.

Hopefully the beginning of the stadium improvements talked about in the IPO.

Good news. The bigger, the better as far as screens go. My eye-sight's atrocious and I can never tell what's happening at the far end of the park - so I spend a lot of time looking at the tellies.

Would still prefer the corners to be filled with seats. Get the screens over to the Main Stand corners.

Apparently this would cost far too much money as the screen structures support the roof.
